This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage, SDKs) on the Site. It should be read with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and tags that store or read identifiers.

Cookies may be:

  • First-party - set by sanidhyamailabs.com
  • Third-party - set by another domain (e.g., analytics or embed providers)

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Make the Site work securely and reliably
  • Remember preferences (e.g., cookie choices)
  • Understand traffic and improve content (analytics)
  • Enable embeds (scheduling, chat) you choose to load
  • Measure marketing campaign performance where allowed

3. Types of cookies we use

3.1 Strictly necessary

Required for core Site functions, security, load balancing, and storing your cookie consent choice. These do not require consent under ePrivacy in most EU/UK interpretations, but we still disclose them.

3.2 Performance & analytics

Help us understand how visitors use the Site (pages, referrers, approximate geo, device). Examples may include Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Plausible, or similar tools. We load these only after consent where required.

3.3 Functional

Remember choices and enable features such as Calendly discovery-call embeds, chat widgets, or video embeds. Some functional cookies are set only when you interact with the embed.

3.4 Marketing / targeting

Measure ad performance and attribute conversions (e.g., LinkedIn Insight, Meta Pixel, Google Ads). Used only with consent where required. We do not use these to “sell” personal information for money; see Privacy Policy §13 regarding “sharing” for cross-context advertising.

Names and durations can vary as vendors update their tags. This table is representative of cookies commonly used on B2B marketing sites like ours. For the live tag list in your browser, use developer tools → Application/Storage → Cookies, or our consent manager’s preference center when available.

If a listed vendor is not active on the Site, that row does not apply until enabled.

On first visit (and periodically thereafter), we present a cookie consent banner allowing you to:

  1. Accept all non-essential cookies
  2. Reject non-essential cookies
  3. Open preferences and toggle Analytics / Functional / Marketing categories

Strictly necessary cookies remain active. You can change choices later via “Cookie settings” in the Site footer (when implemented) or by clearing cookies and revisiting the Site.

5.2 Other regions

Where consent is not strictly required for analytics, we still provide transparency and opt-out mechanisms consistent with local law and this Policy.

Withdraw anytime by updating preferences or emailing privacy@sanidhyamailabs.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

6. Browser controls & Do Not Track

6.1 Browser-level blocking (step-by-step)

Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data → Block third-party cookies (or see all site data and permissions). Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data / Delete. Safari (macOS): Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data; enable “Prevent cross-site tracking.” Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data. iOS Safari / Android Chrome: Use in-app browser privacy settings to block cookies or clear site data.

Blocking all cookies may break consent storage, scheduling embeds, or login-related flows.

6.2 Industry opt-outs

  • Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (where available)
  • Network Advertising Initiative / Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out pages (US)
  • YourAdChoices / similar tools in your region

6.3 Do Not Track (DNT) & Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Browsers may send DNT signals; there is no single industry standard for response. Where Global Privacy Control (GPC) is legally recognized as an opt-out of sale/sharing (e.g., under CPRA), we will treat a valid GPC signal as an opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” for advertising cookies to the extent required by law and technically feasible on the Site.

7. Third-party cookies

Third parties may set cookies when you interact with embeds or when you consent to marketing/analytics tags. Those parties control their cookies under their own policies. Review:

  • Google: policies.google.com/technologies/cookies
  • LinkedIn, Meta, Calendly, Mixpanel, and other vendors you interact with via the Site

We do not control third-party retention once cookies are set on their domains.

8. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy when our Site stack or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly. Material changes may also be reflected in the consent banner copy.
